To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing process.
Preparation of hiring documentation including offer letter, employee personal information, and other related documents.
Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.
Foreign workers permit renewal matters (FOMEMA).
Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HQ HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, service point, medical, claims summary, etc.
Maintain staff & workers details in system & ensure the details are properly updated.
To attend to other ad hoc matters given by superior.
Work closely with different departments to ensure workforce stability.
To prepare HR relevant reports as and when required.
Handling of employee relations and grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues, and its procedures.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skill(s): Pleasant personality, able to work in a team, and willing to learn new knowledge.
