SCOPE OF ROLE:
This position provides the support in regards to advice and assistance to supervisors and staff. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job description, performance reviews and policies of the company. To assist the Regional Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Assistant Manager in the operation and development of the HR functions, promoting and supporting best practice throughout the organization. The position also coordinates the staff recruitment process.
