Job description

Manage full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counselling.

  • Ensure timely hiring of the right employees to meet operational manpower needs and manage the re-deployment of staff to support critical business issues.
  • Prepare and maintain report that are necessary to carry out the functions of the people development.
  • Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures.
  • Perform HR administrative duties such as managing of E-Leave records and door access card system.
  • Process staff training requests, medical and hospital claims.
  • Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of compensation and benefit schemes.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently, efficiently with minimum supervision and has high integrity and confidentiality.
  • At least 3 years of relevant hands-on HR experience
  • Asean countries human resources exposures will be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff
