Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook.
Staff training & development monitoring.
Processing Advance & Monthly payroll for staff/worker & Foreign worker. Responsible for checking and updating employee’s overtime, shift pattern, attendance, leave record, meal allowance, shift allowance.
Prepare monthly report (MC, Late In, Disciplinary status).
Maintain/update personal profile in the system and filing personal file.
Uploading statutory contribution payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, TAX).
To organize proper record keeping and filing of staff correspondences and documents.
Handle all employee personal files and disciplinary issues and responsible to ensure high confidentiality is maintained at all times.
To liaise with governmental bodies (EPF / SOCSO / LHDN / JTK / Industrial).
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HR2000).
Prior experience in an HR support role is an advantage.
