Ensure all Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely, and accurate.
Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP.
Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.
Engagement:
Support the recruitment team with candidate care management activities.

Manage retention and welfare of Contract Employees - handle active headcounts, completions, queries, salaries, assignments, and issues.
Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in the system.
Ensure all Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely, and accurate.
Achieve and excel in Service Delivery to clients and candidates.
General Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Fluency in English and Bahasa – spoken and written.
