Human Resources Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:

• Successfully deliver placements to achieve individual financial targets consistently on a monthly basis.
• Support recruitment activity to generate sufficient orders to achieve individual targets.
• Represent the brand PERSOLKELLY with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery, and recruitment expertise.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates.
• Actively recruit using various methodologies to ensure a quality database.
• Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in the system.
• Ensure all Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely, and accurate.
• Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP.
• Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.

Engagement:

• Support the recruitment team with candidate care management activities.
• Represent the brand PERSOLKELLY with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery, and human resource expertise.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage retention and welfare of Contract Employees - handle active headcounts, completions, queries, salaries, assignments, and issues.
• Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in the system.
• Ensure all Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely, and accurate.
• Achieve and excel in Service Delivery to clients and candidates.

General Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa – spoken and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High levels of diplomacy and tact.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
