Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the job recruitment process including job advertisement, screening resumes, and interview arrangements.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and prepare submission of statutory contributions of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, and HRDF.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR audits.
• Perform any other assignments as delegated by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields.
• Familiarity with Sarawak labour law and statutory guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin (is an added advantage).
• Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
