Job description

Summary: Responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, assisting in HR operations and handling sales administrative tasks.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.
  2. Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  5. Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, sales reporting, and CRM updates.
  6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and customer requests.
  7. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation.
  8. Monitor and report on key metrics related to sales administration and HR activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably with exposure to sales administration.
  3. Required at least 3 years of experience in related fields.
  4. Strong communication skills in English and Malay with high preference for Mandarin.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  2. 管理员工记录,确保遵守人力资源政策。
  3. 监督招聘全过程,包括人才搜寻、筛选、面试和选择。
  4. 与各部门负责人协作,确定招聘需求和职位要求。
  5. 管理与销售相关的行政任务,包括订单处理、销售报告和CRM系统更新。
  6. 与销售团队协调,确保及时准确地处理销售订单和客户请求。
  7. 管理和更新销售记录、报告及文档。
  8. 监控并报告与销售行政和人力资源活动相关的关键指标。

任职要求:

  1. 人力资源、工商管理、销售管理或相关领域的文凭/学士。
  2. 在行政或人力资源支持角色中拥有经验证的经验,最好具备销售行政经验。
  3. 至少3年相关领域的工作经验。
  4. 具备较强的英语和马来语沟通能力,会讲中文优先考虑。
  5. 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),有CRM系统经验者优先考虑。
  6. 能够谨慎且专业地处理机密信息。
