Assisting the Human Resources Manager in all matters pertaining to Human Resources policies etc.
Assist to prepare all letters, memos, and reports correctly and ensure all typewritten matters are thoroughly checked before submitting them for signature or approval.
Ensure confidentiality of all documents and personal files of employees and strictly enforce restrictions to unauthorized person(s) to access such documents and files.
Maintain an effective retrieval and recording system when files are taken out.
Ensuring all HR movements are documented and filed appropriately.
To assist and prepare the monthly payroll for the branches timely each month.
To assist the Human Resources Manager on all staff activities, staff party gatherings, trips, outings, training, and other staff welfare matters.
Collating accurate data in preparing statistics required by all government agencies submission.
Administer resignation process and new recruits - issuing of staff uniform, ID cards, name tags, etc.
Prepare the necessary arrangements for Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year on their letters, certificates, etc.
To assist to generate weekly, monthly reports on manning turnover reports on new join, resignation, transfer, promotion, etc.
Monitor and record staff annual leave, medical leave, and attendance records.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other equivalent field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR Generalist.
Experience in recruitment and payroll matters is an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills, self-motivated.
