Human Resources Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Improve candidate experience and optimize hiring processes.

Performance Management & Employee Development

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and data tracking.
• Identify employee training needs and recommend L&D programs.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and recognition programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Assist in payroll audits and leave management.

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

• Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
• Support workplace diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Conduct employee surveys and suggest improvements for engagement.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Psychology & Business Administration.
• Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must possess own transport and be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
