Job description
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • Responsible for yearly EA preparation and all related matters and issues related to EA.
  • Responsible to administer the Human Resource Database (HRIS) using HR System.
  • Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement, and termination processing and procedures.
  • Responsible to liaise with government bodies, consultants, or companies for HR and statutory issues.
  • Responsible for TAMS Management including Staff Attendance, Thumb Print Devices, and Overtime Report.
  • Responsible & liaise with system consultant for system setting for Employee Centre Module, Payroll Module, LMS Module, TAMS Module, and Security Module.
  • To assist in the yearly or mid-term plan budget and manpower planning assignment.
  • Review, study, and make proposals in the area of responsibility to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Checking and ensuring monthly payroll reports (including overtime report and others) are accurate.

Secondary Task

  • To review and update employee handbook and company benefit packages by conducting periodic benchmarking analysis on compensation and benefits.
  • To design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements by staying up-to-date with new trends, developments, laws, and regulations related to the administration of compensation and benefits.
  • To prepare periodic Statistical and Management reports on compensation and benefits as and when necessary.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering rewards policies to ensure employee retention.
  • Compilation and preparation of Executives’ and Employees' Performance Bonus/Productivity Allowance, Increment, and Promotion.

Other Task

  • Monitoring subordinates’ daily tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with system requirements within the area of responsibility.
