Manage FW Administration matter (COM, ABS, 1st year sticker, etc.).
Handle FW related payments (Recruiting Agents, Transportation, etc.).
Handle FW Clearance process at KLIA.
Assist in liaising with the FW Agents.
Ensure compliance of “No Recruitment Fee”.
Ensure all FW recruitment documents (as per quota cycle) are updated, administered, and monitored at all times.
Assist in the FW audits at the Operating Centres (OCs).
Handle FW analytics.
Assist in dealing with Immigration Ipoh/ Putrajaya.
Assist in Source Countries Interview.
Assist in arranging the receipt and return of passports to OCs.
Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
2. Recruitment:
Assist in Career Fair participation.
Assist in conducting Induction for new joiners.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Sciences or equivalent from recognized universities with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
