Overview

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
  2. Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
  3. Must be organized with strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills; deals with conflict effectively
  4. Must be a strong multi-tasker, coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  5. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all hierarchical and functional levels
  6. Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
  7. Good knowledge of written and spoken English Required
  8. Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the implementation of H&S and facility various systems, and quality controls.
  2. Evaluating facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
  3. Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
  4. Coordinating and performing H&S planned activities.
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  6. Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
  7. Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete any and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task.
