Talent Acquisition Executive at GP Outsourcing Asia Sdn Bhd

About us:

GP Asia, a MSC status company, offers a complete range of customer service support to our clients since 2009. We provide shared resources help line to our clients to allow them to focus on their core businesses. Over the recent years, GP Asia has grown rapidly to support domestic and international clients in providing 24 x 7 customer care lines, with over 150 interpreters happily working with us.

Job Description:

  1. Possess practical knowledge and a proven track record of onboarding and offboarding processes
  2. Handle various HR tasks independently, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees
  3. Liaise with clients and candidates
  4. Coordinating onboarding procedures
  5. Conducting orientation sessions
  6. Managing employee exit processes
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
  8. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary: up to RM5000 per month basic allowance + attractive commission for individual sales

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of HR experience
  2. Pursued bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, human resource or related fields preferred
  3. Must be able to speak English fluently
  4. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
