Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions.
Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws.
Review Company's policy, standard operating procedures, and compensation & benefits from time to time and propose revisions/improvements when necessary.
Manage the whole talent acquisition process.
Handle training & development, including various programs, professional development, training, and new hire orientation.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Maintain and update HR records, overseeing HR-related systems.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, vendor management, and employee travel arrangements.
Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
At least 5 years of working experience in HR and office background.
Essential knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws.
A hands-on operational individual who is well-versed in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
