We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator to join our team at NGEE MING SHOE MANUFACTURERS SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company and help shape the employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel records and processing employee documentation
• Assisting with the coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Helping to organise and participate in HR-related events and initiatives
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Coordinating the scheduling of training and development activities
• Supporting the implementation of HR systems and processes
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
• Proficiency in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of HR best practices and a keen interest in the HR field
