Job description

Job Responsibility

  • To manage foreign worker affairs such as new application, fomema, renewal, rehiring, recab, special pass, COM and cancellation of work permit.
  • Responsible for passport renewal.
  • To manage and bring workers to foreign embassy for passport matters.
  • Liaise with Myeg, Immigration (JIM), Fomema and Foreign Embassy.
  • Process the application of air ticket and arrange for workers to go back to their country.
  • Supervise and monitor security guard reports and complaints, and conduct counseling sessions.
  • Monitor and upkeep building, liaising with maintenance and other contractors for repairs.
  • Arrange and monitor Gotong - Royong on a monthly basis.
  • Handle tenancy agreements for hostel and canteen.
  • Send workers to clinic or hospital when necessary.
  • Handle administrative work & HR related matters.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or above.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
