Job description
Job Responsibility
- To manage foreign worker affairs such as new application, fomema, renewal, rehiring, recab, special pass, COM and cancellation of work permit.
- Responsible for passport renewal.
- To manage and bring workers to foreign embassy for passport matters.
- Liaise with Myeg, Immigration (JIM), Fomema and Foreign Embassy.
- Process the application of air ticket and arrange for workers to go back to their country.
- Supervise and monitor security guard reports and complaints, and conduct counseling sessions.
- Monitor and upkeep building, liaising with maintenance and other contractors for repairs.
- Arrange and monitor Gotong - Royong on a monthly basis.
- Handle tenancy agreements for hostel and canteen.
- Send workers to clinic or hospital when necessary.
- Handle administrative work & HR related matters.
Job Requirements
- SPM or above.
- At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills.
