Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. To manage foreign worker affairs such as new application, fomema, renewal, rehiring, recab, special pass, COM and cancellation of work permit.
  2. Responsible in passport renewal.
  3. To manage and bring worker to foreign embassy for passport matters.
  4. Liaise with Myeg, Immigration (JIM), Fomema and Foreign Embassy.
  5. Process the application of air ticket and to arrange workers go back to their country.
  6. Supervising and monitoring security guard reports and complaints, and conducting counseling session.
  7. Monitor and upkeep building, liaise with the maintenance and others contractor for repairing.
  8. Arranged and monitoring Gotong - Royong monthly basis.
  9. Handling tenancy agreement for hostel and canteen.
  10. Send workers to clinic or hospital when necessary.
  11. To handle administrative works & HR related matters.

Job Requirements

  1. SPM or above.
  2. At least 2 to 3 years HR experience in manufacturing environment.
  3. Good communication skills.
