Human Resource Specialist / Manager

About the role

We are seeking few experienced Human Resource Specialists / Managers to join our dynamic team at Sri Petaling and KL City Center. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and driving our people strategy, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support the continued growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives that support our company culture and values
• Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored HR solutions
• Assist with organizational design and change management initiatives
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters
• Contribute to the development of our employer branding and talent acquisition strategy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• KPI formation experience is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering successful HR projects and initiatives
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
