Job description

Job Responsibility

Human Resources

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  3. Write and distribute internal memos and communications to keep employees informed of important updates and announcements.
  4. Coordinate and organize wellness programs, team-building activities, and other events to promote employee well-being and engagement.
  5. Support in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. Deal with HR Advisory for any related matters on HR issues.

Administration

  1. Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, mail, and phone calls.
  2. Oversee office maintenance, including coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
  3. Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and guests when necessary.
  4. Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses.
  5. Be responsible for shipping matters.
  6. Liaise with the supplier and our shipping agent.
  7. Ensure all stock is tallied with the SQL system.
  8. Control stock inventory.

General Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
  4. Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  3. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
