Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience focusing on continuous improvement, human resource process revamping, and projects.
  3. Knowledgeable and practical experience in project management.
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Good computer skills especially in MS Office i.e. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
  6. Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR technology.
  7. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, measure project outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  10. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities for new HR projects that support organizational goals, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  2. Design project plans, timelines, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy and business needs.
  3. Lead and coordinate the execution of HR projects, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
  4. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  5. Develop and implement systems for tracking the progress of HR projects.
  6. Regularly monitor project outcomes, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions for mitigating risks.
  7. Provide timely reports to senior leadership regarding project status, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
  8. Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented HR projects, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
  9. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate project impact on organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  10. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and ensuring smooth communication.
  11. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful collaboration and execution of HR projects.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging HR technologies, and best practices to incorporate into future projects.
  13. Encourage creativity and innovation within the HR team to enhance the effectiveness and impact of HR initiatives.
