HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at GALERI UAH SDN. BHD. as a Human Resource Officer. In this full-time role based in Senawang Negeri Sembilan, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's human resource functions and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process.
2. Manage employee records and ensure all HR-related documents are accurately maintained.
3. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
4. Collaborate with the management team to implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
5. Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
6. Participate in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
7. Contribute to the creation and updating of HR-related communications and documentation.

What we're looking for

1. A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar human resource role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment.
3. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.
