Job description
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to clarify job responsibilities.
  • Create and update a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Utilize performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Apply company HR policies consistently across all levels.
  • Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Collaborate with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 10 years of post-graduate experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
