Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits & welfare, payroll administration, performance evaluation / review, training & development and employee relations.
Formulates, monitors and reviews policies, strategies and procedures relating to all phases of human resource activities.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, procedures and practices that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates and maximizing return on recruiting investment.
Propose and review compensation and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness by conducting salary and benefits surveys and updates.
Responsible for overall office management and administration; formulate, coordinate and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Recruitment / Application / Renewal with Expatriate (ESD).
Maintain employee discipline and harmony.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
