Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Master preferred).
Proven experience in HR leadership roles (5+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
