This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administration operations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage all full spectrum of HR & admin related activities including payroll, recruitment, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, etc.
Manage and review the overall recruitment process through effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies.
Plan, implement and monitor HR systems including employees’ attendance, medical leave, annual leave, absenteeism, and others.
Handle employee counselling, grievance and disciplinary matters.
Monitor HR policies & procedures and ensure that they are implemented and enforced in accordance with HR policies and operations.
Maintain online HR systems and processes.
Manage other office administrative functions.
Qualifications
Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business studies, Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR or equivalent.
Well-versed in domestic labour legislation and familiar with HR practices and procedures.
Knowledge and experience in regional (countries in ASEAN) is an advantage.
Good understanding of Employment Act 1955 and other employment regulations.
Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Strong belief in confidentiality and best interest to Company policy.
