Company Background:

We are representing a fast-growing company that specializes in baking ingredients and pastries. As they expand, they are looking for a HR Manager to join the team in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for full HR spectrum including recruitment, learning & development, payroll, disciplinary management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, etc.
  2. Manage and lead the HR team - 4 HCs.
  3. Manage talent acquisition process; collaborate with different departments to plan for recruitment needs.
  4. Create learning & development programs and initiatives to develop the employees.
  5. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; review policies and update as needed.
  6. Plan and develop HR strategies for company improvements and retention.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or other relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
  3. Preferably candidates with manufacturing experience.
  4. Knowledge of foreign worker management will be an added advantage.
  5. Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin (due to business nature).
