We are representing a fast-growing company that specializes in baking ingredients and pastries. As they expand, they are looking for a HR Manager to join the team in Shah Alam.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for full HR spectrum including recruitment, learning & development, payroll, disciplinary management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, etc.
Manage and lead the HR team - 4 HCs.
Manage talent acquisition process; collaborate with different departments to plan for recruitment needs.
Create learning & development programs and initiatives to develop the employees.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; review policies and update as needed.
Plan and develop HR strategies for company improvements and retention.
Job Requirements:
Minimum possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or other relevant field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
Preferably candidates with manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of foreign worker management will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin (due to business nature).
