This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources and Finance Departments of the company. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to personnel management, payroll, financial record-keeping, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation.
Assist in processing payroll by verifying timecards, calculating wages, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Support the Finance Department in managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling financial transactions.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports as required.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and Finance matters promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and guidance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of HR and finance-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or finance, is advantageous.
Knowledge of relevant HR and finance principles, practices, and regulations.
