Human Resource Executive/ Senior Executive (PJ, Bandar Sunway, Shah Alam )

• Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement will be other parts of your responsibilities.
• Assist the HR Senior Manager in HR operations of the company.
• Develop, implement & execute HR programs & activities.
• Facilitate good communication among different levels of staff.
• Structured HR organization, structured HR systems, and practices.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Payroll Management, Recruitment & Training experience will be an advantage.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources Management.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
