About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive (Payroll & HR Operations) to join our dynamic team at DILOOMA SDN. BHD. based in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in managing our payroll processes and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR practices.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full payroll cycle, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Administer employee benefits, such as leave, insurance, and other entitlements
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including coordinating the necessary documentation and processes
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and programs
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies

What we're looking for

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar HR or payroll role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Excellent knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations, with a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HR and payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
