Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax deductions) and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reporting.

Staff Claims Management

• Verify and process employee claims in accordance with company policies and approval processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of staff expenses.
• Maintain records of claims for audit and compliance purposes.
• Provide guidance to employees on claim procedures and policy compliance.

Workforce Movement (Transfers, Resignations, Promotions, Demand Planning)

• Manage and track employee transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
• Process and document resignations, ensuring exit procedures and final settlements are completed.
• Handle promotions, including necessary payroll and system updates.
• Support workforce demand planning by analyzing trends and collaborating with management to address staffing needs.

Requirement :

• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Pure Logic or similar software).
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
• Bachelor degree or relevant HR cert.
• Added advantage if can join immediately.
• Must based in Kluang.
