• Handling all the recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes and candidates, handling interview sessions, and background checking.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Dealing with job posting agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
• Handling training development for new or existing employees.
• Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
• Responsible for teaching permits for lecturers: new applications and renewals.
• Creating and updating email and savvy systems for new employees.
• Any ad hoc work requested by the Head of Department or any related department.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Staying updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Complete knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Good administrative capabilities along with standard communication skills.
• The ability to manage the company and ensure smooth operation of each department.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related fields is preferred.
