Human Resource Executive (Foreign Workers Administration)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Executive to oversee Foreign Workers Administration and Hostels Management. This role requires expertise in managing the end-to-end administrative processes of foreign workers and ensuring well-organized, safe, and inclusive living arrangements.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for foreign workers.
2. Manage work permits, visas, and pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
4. Act as a liaison with government agencies, embassies, and legal advisors.
5. Address payroll, tax, and insurance matters for foreign workers.
6. Maintain an accurate database and generate reports on foreign worker matters.
7. Oversee the daily operations of foreign workers’ accommodations.
8. Ensure hostels meet safety, hygiene, and health standards.
9. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and other facility management tasks.
10. Develop and implement policies to maintain order and harmony in living spaces.
11. Manage budget allocation for hostel facilities and ensure cost-effectiveness.
12. Act as a point of contact for hostel-related issues and grievances.
13. Promote inclusivity and a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign worker management, hostel management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, and hostel safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including cross-cultural sensitivity.
