Human Resource Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate
  screening, interviews, and offers;
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and
  training coordination;
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
  consultations;
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and represent the company in
  any employment-related legal matters;
• Oversee employee attendance records and leave management, ensuring accurate
  tracking and reporting;
• Prepare and update payroll attendance reports, adjusting where necessary;
• Conduct monthly employee performance reviews and provide reports to the
  management team;
• Maintain current HR files and databases, ensuring all employee records are up to
  date;
• Work closely with branch heads to implement performance improvement plans
  where necessary;
• Assist with center administrative tasks and other HR projects or initiatives as assigned, in alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Language Requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage as you will be dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Transport: Applicants must possess their own transport and be willing to travel to other branches.
