We are a leading HVAC manufacturer with production plants in Europe, India & China. Our products cover comfort, process, and data center applications. We operate in Asia Pacific, including the Greater China area, with a workforce of over 1,600 employees servicing our 4 factories and 63 branch offices.

We are looking for a potential candidate to develop the data center cooling business. The right candidate will be based in our Malaysia office to develop the data center cooling business in the ASEAN market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning, policies, employees’ handbook, and procedure.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry, and dispute mediation in compliance with company policies and government regulations when necessary.
• End-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the life-cycle of recruitment, onboarding, including assisting in tax and labor law.
• Review, update, and maintain proper filing, recording, and data entry for employee’s personal data and documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders, and line manager.
• Handle weekly staff attendance and monthly reports with HR system and fingerprints attendance record.

Qualifications:

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967.
• Multi-tasking, resourceful, and able to work independently.
