Job Responsibilities

1. Organize company meetings & coordinate all arrangements
2. Managing HR matters for existing staff
3. Managing & recording annual leave, medical leaves & unpaid leaves
4. Managing payroll & claims
5. Renewing permits for company offices, e.g., MBJB
6. Managing company vehicle insurance & road tax renewal
7. Arrange & assist in conducting interviews
8. Orientation of new staff
9. Conduct exit interviews
10. Updating Management on the latest HR regulations
11. Assist Management on HR matters

Besides designing & building new refrigeration systems, we also provide service & repair to existing systems. Where systems are not efficient, we have good upgrading solutions instead. Our operations cover multiple countries like Singapore, Indonesia & the Philippines.
