Responsible for all recruitment process at group level through job advertisement, various contacts, posting at job sites, social platforms and decide best and cost-efficient to source for talented staff for headquarters, boutique and part-timer staff.
Process new hires, posting changes and staff movements such as salary increase, promotions, terminations, resignation and confirmation.
Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
Responsible in preparing HR related letters (Confirmation letter, Termination Letter and others).
Provide effective and proactive support to the manager across all aspects of HR operations.
Assist in provide advice, disseminate or clarification on HR policies to employees and to achieve consistency in policy interpretation.
Assist in conducting training needs analysis, formulate and coordinate employee development plan and related activities.
Accountability of accurate data input into payroll software.
Processing payroll in a timely manner in line with current legislations and regulations.
Prepare employee’s monthly payslip.
To prepare monthly payroll and all statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, Zakat and Income Tax.
Liaise with staff in regards to their claims, leave and other enquiries needed.
Prepare yearly submission for E-Form, CP8D and EA form.
Maintain the employee training records, staff attendance, leave etc.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of periodic and ad-hoc reports.
Handling issues related to Industrial Relations include conducting Domestic Inquiry, retrenchment, and staff termination.
Handling staff insurance related matters.
Responsible for handling recruitment, and monthly duty roster for retail staffs.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Capable to prepare and set KPI for the team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years of working experiences in human resources management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
Competent and experience in end to end payroll management system (Info-Tech).
Strong knowledge in Industrial Relations and Employment Act.
Strong knowledge in handling retails staffs employment matters.
Able to work under pressure with fast paced environment.
