Responsibilities:

  • Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time.
  • Prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax and ensure that all statutory deductions are paid by due date.
  • Check attendance and overtime payment done in an accurate manner.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Oversee key HR administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Arrange training and perform HRDC grant applications from the e-tris system.
  • Maintain and update the company organization chart.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preference for candidates from a manufacturing background.
  • An eye for detail and is meticulous at all times.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and government compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in HR software - Employment Hero will be an added advantage.
