We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our human resources functions, ensuring employee satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
3. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage leave applications, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance review systems and improvement plans.
5. Training & Development: Organize training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.
6. Policy Development: Support in drafting, implementing, and reviewing HR policies to ensure they align with the company’s vision and legal standards.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or fintech environment.
3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
