Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
2. Process payroll using SQL Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
3. Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee file and payroll system
4. Checking overtime claim and allowances
5. Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
6. Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
7. Handling employees' Socso claims, preparing related documents for Socso claim and report form to labour department

Requirements:

1. Good communication and written skills in English
2. Degree in Human Resource Management
3. At least 2-3 years related working experience in the field
4. Experience in monthly payroll processing
5. Computer literate in SQL Application and Payroll System
6. Strong numerical skills
