To support and assist the administration tasks in the company
To support the documentation portfolio such as letter preparations and HR data collections.
To assist recruitment activities as and when needed
To perform any HR tasks and ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
To contribute, comply, and commit toward the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System by making sure it is fully compliant with International Standards, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice

Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Human Resources Development
Excellent command of English - both spoken and written
At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources department
Strong financial analytical skills, skillful in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
People oriented and able to communicate with team members at all levels
Detailed-oriented, able to roll up your sleeves and work independently as an individual contributor
Should be able to work well with the team members and grow together without being calculative on the tasks given
