Job description
Job Responsibility
- Assist the HR Department Head in managing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Coordinate hiring, resignations, and confirmations across departments.
- Oversee E-leave, E-attendance, and daily attendance tracking.
- Handle Employment and Industrial Relations matters, including disciplinary actions and staff grievances.
- Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
- Manage annual performance appraisals, bonuses, and salary reviews.
Job Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administrative Studies, or Business Studies.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, with familiarity in HR2000 being an added advantage.
- Proficient understanding of the Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Available to commence work immediately or at short notice.
