Reports to the Human Resource (HR) Manager and partners with Operations team in providing HR services, particularly on the following key HR areas:
Recruitment
Manages the non-management end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management
Conducts orientation/onboarding for new hires
Conducts employees offboarding process for leavers
Manages worker’s hostel related matters including sourcing of hostels, management of tenancy agreements, upkeep and maintenance of the hostels and terminations
Coordinates FW related ongoing matters – arranging medical check-up appointments, passport renewals, work permit renewals, opening of bank accounts
Industrial Relations
Provides support and advice to internal stakeholders to ensure speedy redressal of grievances or disciplinary issues
HR Systems
Advocates the usage of HR systems. Influences and conducts trainings to employees to maximize the usage of the HR systems
HR Administration
Assists in preparing human resources policies, procedures and standards
Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Administers all documentation regarding any personnel action effected for employees from Supervisory level and below
Ensures the deadlines are met based on various reporting requirements
Ensures all tasks are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
Manages other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication or its equivalent
Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English
Candidates must be computer literate with knowledge in Human Resource Information Systems and MS Office applications
Good analytical skills, result oriented, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines
Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & challenging environment
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines
