Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Ability to work in fast-paced work environment and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills. Japanese language is an added advantage.

Your Future Tasks Will Be:

• Process company’s monthly payroll, taxation, claims, and statutory contributions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update employee records, process employee claims, and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensuring timely execution of employee promotions and upgrades.
• Manage yearly increments and bonuses.
• Coordinate in-house clinic and medical insurance.
• Organize training programs.
• Provide opportunities for international secondment.
• Offer free meals and uniforms.
