Job description

Job Responsibility

End-to-end recruitment process

  1. Built and maintain hiring pipeline by outreach programs with schools and universities, posting job ads, sourcing for candidates
  2. Facilitate and conduct pre screenings/interviews
  3. Negotiation and preparation of employment offers

Collaborate with hiring managers on various levels to identify hiring requirements.

  1. Recruitment updates and analysis
  2. Advise hiring managers on best practices
  3. Provide recruitment training to hiring managers

Onboard new hires

  1. Planning the arrangement and training plan for the next intake with Trainer and Director
  2. Ensure complete documentation of new hire’s information
  3. Facilitate onboarding process effectively
  4. Conduct check-ins on employee’s wellbeing

Compensation and benefit

  1. Update, maintain, and seek to improve employee benefits
  2. Conduct reviews, and oversee salary adjustment or increments
  3. Review employee handbook and policies from time to time

Record maintenance

  1. Ensure continuous update and maintenance of employee records (performance reviews, grievances, lunch duties, etc.)

Job Requirements

  1. Ideally 1-2 years working experience in HR, or a fresh graduate looking to start their career in HR
  2. Diploma/Degree in HRM/Psychology/Business Management or any related field
  3. Excellent command of English and interpersonal skills
  4. Good sense of problem-solving with the proactiveness to follow through with the solution
  5. Resilient in nature and result-driven
  6. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office
  7. Organized and detail-oriented
