Human Resource Executive

• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations, advising the director on HR-related legal matters.
• Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
• Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring workplace safety.
• Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR-related roles, preferably in a managerial or executive position.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
