At least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Understand and be familiar with service procedures and standards related to employee employment in Malaysia.
Familiar with human resource performance, compensation, and welfare, with practical experience.
Able to handle work independently.
Mandarin proficiency is compulsory for direct liaising with customers from China and the Director from China.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional customer service, responsible for local and nearby business delivery, including recruitment, invoice issuing, and data reports.
Understand and master the company's product and service information to ensure accurate communication with customers.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc., to respective statutory bodies.
Maintain and manage the customer information database and participate in the development and optimization of customer service processes and policies.
Update overseas local employment policies to China's HQ.
Organize regular marketing activities and internal experience-sharing workshops.
