Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
To undertake and perform other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, annual leave.
Proper filling & documentation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Possess excellent internal personal & communication skills.
Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Familiar with Goldsoft system will add advantage.
Responsible and good working attitude.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
