Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Executive to help source potential candidates from various online channels. We are a fast-growing homestay business. Fast growth means fast promotions for the best candidates.

Position Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates with a Human Resource Diploma or Degree are a plus
• This role is highly rewarding for the right candidate

Scope of Work:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with department managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
