Human Resource Executive

Minimum Requirements

1. Required bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. HR certification is a plus.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport at all organizational levels.
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on detail.
5. Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Prior experience in administrative roles and office management is preferred.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruitment, Performance Management.
2. Employee Development and Relations: Training, Employee Engagement.
3. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance.
4. HR Strategy and Operations: HR Policy Development, Payroll Administration, HR Data and Analytics.

Working hours: 5 days a week.
