Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the entire HR functions and activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Formulate HR procedures and practices that align with the Company's business requirements, national and industry standards.
3. Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and support to Management on HR-related policies, procedures, and practices.
4. Diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin with excellent written and communication skills.
4. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking Auditors from China.
5. Relevant experience and exposure in the following human resource functions:

• Learning & Development
• Recruitment
• Employee Relations
